I’m am so so happy to be writing this and have the biggest smile on my face even sat here at my laptop, my beautiful little pink shop will be, at last, reopening for new brides next Saturday, the 4th of July… just in time for a cheeky celebration in the pub!
I cannot tell you how flipping grateful I am for every single email, DM and comment asking about booking an appointment, I love you all and am super thankful for all your wonderful patience while I work this all out. Finding your wedding dress is one of the most exciting (if not THE most exciting) part of your wedding planning journey and I am so excited and blessed that you would like to do that with me in my little pink shop!
It goes without saying that, of course, I will be following all of the government guidelines to protect our health and safety as much as I can whilst in the boutique, as well as keeping the excitement alive and giving you that wonderful experience you have been so looking forward to.
I have possibly more cleaning products in the boutique than the entire cleaning aisle at Tesco’s and even more plans and procedures in place for my little bridal sanctuary, my absolute main priority is the safety of all you amazing people that come into my boutique.
When you do come for your appointment, I am asking that for the time being, you bring with you, just two special guests. The two people in your life, who perhaps knows you and your style better than you do, knows exactly what your dream wedding looks like and wants what you want, to know that you will look absolutely amazing on your wedding day! I haven’t forgotten about the rest of your bridal party and all those other wonderful people in your life that you would wish to have at your appointment with you, I have made arrangements and have the technology to have them all there with you virtually, whether you want them there for the entire appointment or just to see the one is completely up to you!
The front door will be locked at all times, before, during and after your appointment as the boutique will be strictly accessible by appointment only, You will be asked upon arrival to wash your hands and there will be an abundance of hand sanitiser throughout the boutique for use throughout your appointment. In line with current government guidelines, you and your guests will need to wear a mask throughout the entire appointment, if you don’t have one or forgot, please don’t worry as I will have plenty of spares for you and your guests.
My promise to you is, that even through these crazy times, I will do my absolute best to ensure that your appointment is just the same fun, wonderful, memory making experience it always has been. You are still my bride and the complete centre of my bridal world.
It is going to take every piece of me not to hug you all as soon as you walk through the door, but know that behind the mask and social distancing awkwardness, my love for you and finding you your dream wedding dress is still very much there!
