Just as an FYI, we encourage you to bring no more than three people to your appointment but drop us a note if you have any special requests and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Please note, our weekend and evening appointments tend to get booked up well in advance, so we recommend booking ahead if you would like one of these slots.

Appointment Hours

TUESDAY: 9am - 2.30pm | WEDNESDAY: 9am - 2.30pm | THURSDAY: 9am - 12.30pm

FRIDAY: 9am - 6pm | SATURDAY: 9.30am - 7pm

Please note these are a guide as to when appointments are likely to be available. The Bottom Drawer Bridal is a small business so these hours may change at short notice.

Cancellation policy:

An appointment fee required upon booking, and we kindly ask you to let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel for a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE: BOOKING FEES ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2024. CANCELLATION POLICY STILL APPLIES. APPOINTMENT IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER. BOOKING FEES WILL BE REINSTATED FROM JANUARY 1ST 2025.
