Hype woman, Cheerleader, the Best Friend you didn’t know you needed… Whatever you want to call it, that is what I am.

Not a massive blog post this week, I think I wrote enough for you all last week but this is a post for all you beautiful brides who are feeling nervous about dress shopping, feeling unsure of what to say or what you even want, maybe its not even the dress you are worried about… it’s the having to trust a stranger, or maybe the being in a small room in your pants with someone you just met!

Wedding dress shopping is tough, that’s not a lie but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming and stressful. It’s supposed to be fun, you’re supposed to enjoy and leave your appointment feeling excited and confident in your decisions, not confused and exhausted.

If there is one thing I can teach you, is to stay away from the pressure. I will never make you feel pressured into making a decision, I will never want you to feel pressured into making a decision. I don’t even want you to feel your own pressures.

You know what you don’t have to say Yes to the first dress, you don’t even have to say Yes at the first appointment (don’t get me wrong, it’s a lot of fun and very exciting when you do!) but if you need time then take the time. You don’t have to have all your bridal party agree and love the dress, you don’t have to pick what Mum picks, you don’t even have to wear a veil! (although I would really like you too!)

Trust me when I say, I will only and always have your best interests at heart, I want to know that when you walk down the aisle on your wedding day, you feel like the most beautiful, confident, fearless and unstoppable self. I want to know that you are sat having your hair and make up done in your bridal suite looking over at your dress and feeling like a small child at Christmas, excited to finally put her on and show her off to all your guests.

I will never allow you to leave my boutique with a dress that doesn’t look amazing and you don’t feel amazing in. Like I have said many many times before, your wedding photos are going to be my best advertising.

So please never forget, that I will always be your Hype woman, Cheerleader, the Best Friend you didn’t know you needed… I will always be your No:1 Fan!
